Document Controller
Nova RE Suria is looking for a Document Controller to support our green hydrogen projects.
Requirements
A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in document control
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
Required language(s): English, Malay
Willing to work on-site (if required)
Responsibilities
Manage and control all project documentations
Ensure proper document control, versioning, and distribution to relevant parties
Coordinate documents with engineering, procurement, construction teams, and vendors
Maintain document registers, transmittals, and reports
Support site teams with approved drawings and urgent documentation needs

Accounts Executive
Nova RE Suria is looking for a Accounts Executive to support our green hydrogen projects.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Junior) or candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience (Senior).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and simple accounting systems
Willing to learn with good attitude and initiative
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Assist in handling basic accounting functions, including data entry and record keeping
Support preparation of monthly financial reports
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform basic bank reconciliations
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes
Assist with payment processing and ensure transaction accuracy
Provide accounting and taxation support
HR & Admin Executive
Nova RE Suria is looking for a HR & Admin Executive to support our green hydrogen projects.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR / Admin experience (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (offer letters, contracts, staff records)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and work schedules
Handle basic HR administration and internal HR communications
Support performance tracking, confirmations, and probation documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour regulations
Assist in handling employee enquiries and basic HR matters
